Since 2014, we, the Fair Field Excellence family, have been striving to stand by underprivileged yet meritorious students with the core message: "Abhabe Noy Medhar Bilupti" .
In 2024, Premjit Sau, a student of Pirakata High School under the Salboni Police Station in West Medinipur, reached out for financial assistance to continue his studies in classes XI and XII. A teacher from his school helped him in this regard. When the organization called him regarding the screening test, we learned that the boy suffers from a complex eye diseaseโhe cannot see at night and struggles to read during the day without bright light.
Dhritiman Datta, a member of the Fair Field Excellence family's mentor group, was working as a Traffic Section Officer in Medinipur town at that time. Arrangements were made to conduct Premjit's test right outside his office. After he successfully passed the exam, our organization visited his home to conduct a background survey, through which we learned about his family's detailed circumstances.
Premjit and his brother both suffer from the same eye condition. Their mother passed away a few years ago in a tragic cooking-fire accident. Their father earns a living by begging. His grandfather is also ill following a throat surgery. The grandfather, father, and the two brothers all live together in a small mud house.
Hearing their story, the Fair Field Excellence family immediately took on the responsibility of standing by his side. The teachers at his school have also extended their helping hands.
Despite facing countless hurdles, Premjit, through his sheer perseverance, has passed the 2026 Higher Secondary (HS) Examinations with an impressive score of 443.
The Fair Field Excellence family extends its warmest wishes to Premjit. May he overcome all obstacles and go much further in life. We promise to stand by him to the best of our abilities until he is fully established.
We also express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the well-wishers of the Fair Field Excellence family for becoming partners in fulfilling the dreams of these talented, underprivileged students.
