What do we do?

     Fair Field Excellence family is working since 2014 with their main aim "Abhabe Noy Medhar Bilupti" to stand beside needy and meritorious students of undivided Medinipur. After secondary examination many students had to stop their higher studies due to financial crisis. Our selection method is very constructive. First of all candidates have to face a written test. Then we make a shortlist. Afterwards we make door to door survey. Finally all the candidates have to face a interview. Final selection is done depending on score points of all the above 3 stages. Then only the selected candidates (we can’t select all due to our poor budget) get the Scholarship of FFE. Till now 120 students got financial help from us. Now around 50 students are getting regular help.

      During COVID situation schools remained closed for almost two years. Rural area students had to face deep trouble. Basic Education level falls during that time. 70-80% students of every class could not do simple addition, multiplication, even few forgotten the alphabet (English & Bengali both). From the year 2019 we have started  three study centres at three rural area. Expert teachers took care of studies of students. Our aim is to increase basic education level of students and grow interest in study among students.
